Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States and Canada.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7–14 days of being placed in the US, and 8–15 days in Canada. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window. Busy periods (holidays, sales events) can add a few days.

Tracking: every order is tracked. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Why it can take a little longer than big-box stores: we work with partner suppliers who ship directly from their warehouses. That keeps prices fair. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Customs and duties: orders to Canada may occasionally be charged import fees by local customs; these are the buyer's responsibility.

Late or lost packages: if your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after purchase, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you.
